Tomorrow's coffee ,
today

no coffee beans,
just bold flavour

We love coffee.

And clearly, so does the world.

Over 3 billion cups are enjoyed every day - it fuels mornings, meetings, and moments in between.

But coffee, as we know it, is under threat. Demand is set to triple in the next 20 years, while climate change could cut suitable land to grow coffee in half. A supply crisis is brewing.

So we asked ourselves: what if we could rethink coffee from the ground up?

Not to replace it, but to future-proof it. Because after all, we love coffee.

how we craft morrow

It might sound like magic — and honestly, it kind of is.

But at its heart, it's just clever use of nature and know-how.

We use age-old techniques to bring together natural ingredients that deliver the rich, bold flavour you expect from coffee.

No beans. No shortcuts. Just a new way to craft our daily brew.

Understanding what

makes coffee, coffee

We start by exploring natural ingredients using advanced flavour science to understand how they can come together to taste like coffee.

Decoding the

coffee bean

Our team then uses data and sensory tools to analyse thousands of flavour compounds found in the coffee bean, and then selects the right ingredients.

Biotransformation

in action

Using processes like roasting, malting, and fermentation we unlock the deep, complex flavours you would expect from your daily brew.

why we started morrow

The world is facing

a food paradox

Climate change and monocultures mean that some of the most consumed

commodities are in decline,

while inefficiencies in food production are on the rise.

what is happening with coffee

Climate change threatens

coffee at its roots

Up to 60% of land suitable for

growing coffee could disappear

due to rising temperatures and unpredictable weather by 2050.

Coffee comes with a

heavy footprint

Producing just 1 kg can emit up

to 17 kg of CO₂-eq, and

rising demand fuels deforestation

to make room for new plantations.

The coffee industry is now at a crossroads

Supply chain shortages and increasing production costs have pushed coffee prices to

consecutive all time highs.

our journey so far

our team

Our team combines commercial expertise with world-class flavour science. Our founder brings experience in launching and scaling innovative solutions, building strategic networks, and securing national partnerships, while Professor Ian Fisk, a leading coffee flavour scientist, anchors our technical development. Together, we combine market expertise and scientific rigour to craft our next generation coffee.
